The nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization is BLASTING Vinny from "Jersey Shore" -- claiming the lyrics about rape in his new rap song are "ignorant" and "send a dangerous message to the public."
As we previously reported, Vinny posted the new song on his YouTube page -- in which he raps about having sex with a stripper and "actin like I'm raping it."
Now, a rep for the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) -- tells us, "The lyrics in Vinny Guadagnino’s new rap song that glorify rape are ignorant. Trivializing this violent crime sends a dangerous message to the public."
"Use of the term 'actin' like' doesn't mitigate the harm this crime has on survivors of sexual violence."
The rep adds, "We hope that Mr. Guadagnino will reconsider his stand on this issue and leverage his platform to reinforce a zero tolerance policy for sexual violence, as he has with bullying."
For what it’s worth, Vinny has since pulled the video … and tweeted ... “Whoa! Some people really know how to take things out of context ! ... It was fun though!”

Charlie Sheen is NOT in Colombia to do coke -- he's there scouting locations for a new mystery movie he's developing ... (and possibly to do coke).
As we previously reported, Sheen's currently traveling around the country with a camera crew -- and now, the Warlock tells TMZ it's all part of an effort to remake a classic movie from the 70s, set in South America.
Sheen won't disclose what the movie's about -- but claims he's already reached out to Nicolas Cage about starring in the film.
Sheen tells us the project is still in its early stages .... and right now, he's just trying to get a feel for the terrain.
When asked to describe the movie, Charlie simply told us ... "Epic."

Steven Soderbergh Lines Up Thriller The Bitter Pill, Will Probably Never Actually Retire

Ever since Matt Damon let slip, like “a 14-year-old girl,” that Steven Soderbergh wanted to retire from filmmaking, Soderbergh has been toying with his adoring public. Look people, he’s not retiring anytime soon. He’s said as much, side career in fine art or no. What more evidence do you need? How about the bazillionth new project announcement from Team Soderbergh? Good, because here it comes.
Soderbergh will reunite with Scott Z. Burns (The Informant!, Contagion), whose screenplay for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. he was going to direct until he departed the project this month, for The Bitter Pill. Described as a “thriller set in the world of psychopharmacology,” Bitter Pill will be produced by frequent Soderbergh collaborator Gregory Jacobs and Lorenzo di Bonaventura.
So there you have it. Between January’s crazy actioner Haywire, next summer’s stripper tale Magic Mike, and that Liberace HBO project filming next year (not to mention Soderbergh’s promising career as a second unit director on The Hunger Games), he’s settling in for the long haul. At least, the longish short-term haul.

The ex-fiance of a woman who appeared on "The People's Court" has been named the primary suspect in her disappearance.
Orlando Police Chief Paul Rooney just announced Dale Smith is the target of the investigation. Smith appeared with Michelle Parker on the show, arguing over the engagement ring.
Chief Rooney says Smith refused to take a polygraph test.
Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, made a plea during the news conference: "If you could have avoided this Dale, if you had cooperated with the police and took a polygraph test when they asked you, you could have avoided a lot of stress ... We're not going to stop until we find out who did this."
Smith has been missing since November 17, the day the show aired.

The former child prostitute who claims she was raped by Lawrence Taylor is suing the former NFL star for assault and battery ... claiming she "repeatedly tried to push Taylor off of her" during their 2010 encounter .... but he forced himself inside of her anyway.
Gloria Allred and her client Cristina Fierro -- now 18 years old -- spoke today during a news conference in NYC, announcing Fierro had filed the lawsuit ... in which she is demanding unspecified damages.
Fierro claims Taylor had sex with her -- despite several visible wounds left behind by her pimp, who allegedly beat her into a bloody pulp before ordering her to have sex with the NFL star.
Taylor was sentenced to 6 months probation this year after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute.
Attempts to reach Taylor were unsuccessful.

The former child prostitute who claims she was raped by Lawrence Taylor is suing the former NFL star for assault and battery ... claiming she "repeatedly tried to push Taylor off of her" during their 2010 encounter .... but he forced himself inside of her anyway.
Gloria Allred and her client Christina Fierro -- now 18 years old -- spoke today during a news conference in NYC, announcing Fierro had filed the lawsuit ... in which she is demanding unspecified damages.
Fierro claims Taylor had sex with her -- despite several visible wounds left behind by her pimp, who allegedly beat her into a bloody pulp before ordering her to have sex with the NFL star.
Taylor was sentenced to 6 months probation this year after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute.
Attempts to reach Taylor were unsuccessful.

Wyclef Jean's Haitian Charity Accused of Impropriety

Wyclef Jean and his former charity, Yele Haiti, are facing new allegations that the bulk of the money they raised for the people of Haiti after the earthquake was misappropriated ... and some went right into his family's pocket ... allegedly.
Yele Haiti took in $16 million in 2010, according to records obtained by the NY Post. But the paper claims only $5.1 million went to emergency relief efforts, including food and water delivery to makeshift survivor camps.
According to the Post, a company called P&A Construction received $353,983. That company, the paper says, is run by Warnel Pierre ... Wyclef's brother-in-law.
The Post also says the documents show $1,008,000 went to a company called Amisphere Farm Labor Inc. -- a company the paper says never filed the proper paperwork in Florida so they can do business. However, the Post says a man listed as the company's head bought three properties in Florida last year, including a condo in an upscale waterfront community.
The charity came under fire in January 2010. Jean responded then by saying, ""Have we made mistakes? Yes. Did I ever use Yele money for personal benefit? Absolutely not."
Jean resigned as head of the charity in August 2010.
Jean issued a statement, which reads in part, "The percentage of funds used is consistent with NGOs and Not For Profits operating in Haiti at the time. I have acknowledged that Yele has made mistakes in the past, including being late in IRS filings, but that is old news."

It's An AbFab Christmas Special Preview!
The birth of Jesus finally makes sense! Jesus was born so that 2000+ years later there could be an Absolutely Fabulous Christmas Special. I wish they would've taught me that in catechism. This is the first preview for the special which airs on the BBC around Christmas times. It has absolutely zero Patsy Stone in it, but I guess we'll take what we can get. My ass is going to be in Italy with my family for Christmas, so I fully expect one of you British bitches (Britches?) to lasso over a cable cord so I can watch this shit.
